Hernando County neighborhoods vary dramatically. The real estate in Northwest Colorado Springs will feel very different from Northeast Colorado Springs. The Pike Peak Region has many different geographies and amenities based on outdoor activities in the Rocky Mountains.

As an example, the West side of town is known for its small-town feel and quick access to Garden of the Gods. Downtown Colorado Springs is known for its charming turn-of-the-century homes and the Patty Jewett golf course. Monument is known for its easy access to Interstate 25 and Denver. Northgate is known for its great neighborhoods and the Flying Horse Golf Course. Black Forest is known for 5 acre lots with rolling hills and ponderosa pine trees.
