The carpet is old, stained and worn out and will need replaced. Tile in the kitchen and bathrooms are cracked and need replaced, etc. The home was built in 1997 and nothing was ever updated, or repaired. The entire home needs gutted and a complete rehab done. Estimated rehab is between $150,000 and $200,000. This is a short sale.
